Jul. 22nd, 2009 02:40 pmMy sister, dad, and I went down to the Sox game last night and had a good time. It was blog night at Cellular field and since my sister follows it she wanted to go for that so I said I'd be a nice sister and go with her.
So we left around 3:35-ish and took the L (Elevated) to the Sox station and got to meet a former player, one of the coaches and one of the owners of the team.
Plus we got free t-shirts and other swag (I gave my stuff to my dad).
They played 'Thunderstruck' when annoucing the team and then when the players went up to bat they had specific songs that they played and two of them were Metallica; which rocked my socks (no pun intended). They also played Asia so I had to sing along (of course).
Then we took the L back and then I was up until 1am finishing my homework. My voice is near gone from yelling so much but despite the fact I was at a Sox's game I had fun.
Tomrrow I get to see JOHN GREEN and then Sunday is the Ren Faire! :D
