me too, and turns out that my sisters router was the problem (because she has to have the internet while she watches TV) so we can only have one computer hooked up to the internet at a time which means that she gets it all the time and I only get it for a few minutes at a time while getting dirty looks from my sister since OMG! she actually has to be without internet for more than two minutes while I actually need it for my summer course.
