Saw G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra with Tori and my uncle and it was pretty good. The movie was the standard action summer movie with 25 min of EXPLOSIONS ZOMG!!!!! and 5 min of talk/exposition.

I had so many fangirl moments it was hilarious. The biggest one being Chris E. of course, and it was amusing to hear a Scottish accent instead of a British one. Towards the end where he got burned I was like 'regenerate...regenerate...REGENERATE SO YOU CAN BECOME DAVID TENNANT!!!' ^-^

my theory about the whole thing is that the Doctor had to use the Fob Watch and with Nine it made him an evil Scottish arms dealer. And Rose was in the underwater city so that means she went all esplodey at the end. *small cheer* (If you didn't notice I don't really like Rose, lmao)

another fangirl moment actually had to do with Stargate...around the underwater city there were these round portals with lights around them and I swear to Fred they were mini!Gates. Then there was an iris around the Pit entrances which made me giggle.

overall the movie was good, very fast-paced and you had to focus on what was happening in order to keep up...although I called the direction the movie was going in with Zartan about half-way through it. I also would like to see how Cobra and Destro get out of their jail cells...maybe something snake related ^-^

and if there is a sequal maybe they'll have Shipwreak and the Snow Joe (I can't rememeber the name for the life of me) ;)

I knew it was Snow something but felt lazy at the time of typing it up and didn't want to look it up. Robot Chicken does a number of Joe spoofs and one of them was about how Snow Job was always in artic gear in the desert.

Yes, let's not talk about Hasbro interfering in the comic, but honestly it's all good.

And of COURSE ninjas can survive sub-zero water! They can go into hypothermic stasis, silly! ; ) Seriously, though, you can't kill SS. It just can't be done. So...I predict he's very much not dead.
